Before You Proceed

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:

All your workout data and progress will be permanently lost
Your account settings and preferences will be deleted
Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
You will lose access to all app features immediately
This action cannot be reversed

Instead of deleting your account, you might want to consider:

Taking a break: Simply stop using the app for a while

What Happens Next?

We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours
Your account will be marked for deletion
We will process your account deletion within 30 days as required by data protection regulations
You will be notified via email once your account and all data have been permanently deleted
