• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App

• You may request account deletion by emailing us at arise350.v@gmail.com with subject "ACCOUNT DELETE REQUEST"
• We will process your deletion request within 30 days as required by data protection regulations
• You will be notified via email once your account and all data have been permanently deleted
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Upon termination or deletion, your right to use the Service will cease immediately

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time

• Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
